This new addition to the wind power sector, featuring four 3.3 MW Vestas V117 turbines (i.e. total capacity: 13.2 MW) was part-financed by locals: a way for them to show their support for the project, to play their part, however small, in the energy transition, and enjoy the economic benefits of this project, as well as make a safe, long-term investment.
