French investment firm 123Venture and French solar project developer Solairedirect have sold three PV power plants with a combined capacity of 19.6 MW in France to an unnamed German investor.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 123Venture acquired 85% of the projects from Solairedirect in 2010, while the developer retained a minority share in the plants. According to 123Venture, the three PV plants generated revenue of over €9 million ($11.2 million) in 2013. The plants, which are located in Esparron-de-Verdon, in the region Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, and Saint-Hilaire-du-Rosier in the region of Rhône Alpes, were completed by Solairedirect in 2011.
